changed valve cover gasket now wont idle .wht do i do.

check the cover go around it and see if you didnt unplug a connector or breather pipe somewhere

Did you mess with / remove the throttle body to do it? Did you push the PCV Valve back down into the valve cover? It hangs off the passenger side of the intake manifold with a 90*-ish hose and then the PCV is a little spring check-valve. IDK if that would do it or not.
