2015 Ford F350 6.7 Diesel won't start but "lurches"

My 2015 F350 6.7 Diesel won't start. It wants to but just "lurches" as if the
starter is not getting enough power. Not like it's turning over and just won't start,
just intermittent turning. I cleaned terminals and even tried to jump start it but to
no avail. It's not clicking or making any other sound.

    Just get one click sound when I turn key. I can put 50amp boost and truck will start. 12.95 volts in batteries. When running shows 14.3 volts
