I didn't see the model year listed? Make sure battery has a full charge and connections all good. Check fuses and voltage at fuses in fuse box, under the hood--interior, wherever. Use a test to check for voltage. Some fuses are hot all the time, some got hot with key on, check both ways. Usually the instrument cluster fuse gets voltage feed through the ignition switch. The radio may have two fuses, one fuse is for clock and radio memory, hot all the time. There may be another radio fuse for radio operation and goes hot with the key on. You may need to check feed to and from ignition switch? Check fusible links, where applicable. I can't think of anything else, at the moment?
