Have you pulled out the injector to see if it is cloged up,when a injector goes bad all it will do is drip gas into the cylender,a bad one may be the problem.

switched injector with another cylinder no change still misfire on number 1

are you sure the plug wires are in the right fireing order.,it has a coil pack right? that could also be your problem, where the plug wires plug into.

no plug wires coil pack on each cylinder all are good all injectors are good. number one cylinder will not fire or open injector. ECM?

NO on ECM,that would affect all injectors, maybe a broken piston ring causeing the dead cylender.
