The inside of both my front tires are significantly more worn than the rest of the tire so obviously theres a problem with the tie rod whether it be too tight or too loose. but how much will it cost for a mechanic to readjust it so its straight and the tires wear evenly?

tie rods may be worn out and need replaceing.your problem is it is out of tow,a aligment is in need.

It may not be tie rods, could be the control arms.
