2004 Ford EB P1000

I bought this in excellent condition Ford 2004 Eddie B
2 weeks ago. Wont pass smog. We keep getting the
same P1000 code. Driven it for 2 weeks to collect
data and it's still showing the P1000 code. How can I
fix this issue? Computer not collecting data.

Look up how to complete a drive cycle, Maybe the type of driving you are doing is not sufficient.
