And make sure they (spark plugs) are gapped correctly. If all looks good you need to know which cylinders are misfiring, which means you will need to test. I would do as said above and make sure all plug wire and coil wires and fuel injection wire connections are good and those wires did not get broken. Low fuel pressure or a dirty or loose connection on the fuel injectors can cause misfiring. If your in a area where humidity is a problem the coils can get this humidity in them if cracked case so check for that too, and I would pull each connector from electrical connections to spark plug boots to apply dielectric grease in connection while checking them to make sure they are tight, this will prevent cross-firing/misfiring by the spark plug wires and keep moisture out of all those electrical connections. I have known of the coil cases cracking (mostly due to heat or age of plastic). You may need to remove and check all sides, if cracked replace it. Sounds like it started after the plugs were installed, so I would double check your work and all electrical connections that may have came loose.

Truck starts right up and drives , But I am lossing power when driving bucks when asked to go up hills or when I am at a stop and it gets going then around 25 it bucks and skips . I have checked all plugs and wires. I am getting to already hate this truck as am losing

You have a misfire. a P03xx code is a misfire, generally the last number (P0301-8) is the cylinder with the culprit coil. You can always unplug coils one by one to see if it gets worse or stays the same (staying the same would indicate THAT coil you're on is the culprit). You can get a set of chinese coils on eBay for $26 shipped. At that price, you can buy 16 of them, and keep 8 as backups. Keep a few in the truck maybe.
