Acme, Rugged Ridge, Bestop, Rampage--what are the best quality soft tops for my Tracker?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I need to replace the top.  I ordered an Acme Crushed Vinyl top, because I
liked the look of it, but could find no reviews on it.  I can still return it for
another brand, but I really have no clue.  Ruled out Rampage because it
was so cheap.  Your thoughts?

Inherited my brother's 1998 Chevy Tracker when he lost his battle to
cancer a couple of months ago.  So many questions and this is the first
forum that seems to have some recent activity.  So glad to find you.

Here are a few reviews, that top is fine and will do the job. Like any other cover it needs to be cleaned and protected...

Thanks so much for your answer. I am so appreciative to find some place where I can get answers. All the other forums I found had no activity for years. You'll be hearing from me!

I got the new top and took it to the mechanic.. Of course nothing's as simple as take off a top and put on a new one. I have to get the molding or strip that goes around the windows, etc. Here's a collage of the photos I took. To see them more clearly, they are the second two rows of photos at this link https://www.flickr.com/photos/cuzzinkate/with/21111824888/
