Why are so many Toyota Sienna's trims listed incorrectly?

Asked by Guru9SF1V4 Oct 18, 2021 at 06:53 PM about the Toyota Sienna

Question type: General

Why are so many Toyota Sienna's listed as having the auto access seat when they do not? Almost all of those marked with that trim package either just have a jump seat in back or nothing.  False advertising and frustrating to those of us that actually need the true access seat. Please figure out how to make dealers be truthful because all of these incorrect listings can't just be ignorance.

I think it is just ignorance. I told one salesman what the true auto access seat is and he had no idea that was even an option. I believe they think the sliding rails on middle row make it auto access.
