Pump and reservoir were damaged in an accident with the pump being ripped out of the wiring harness. Now no voltage on either of the 2 wires connecting to the new pump and reservoir when activating windshield washer lever on steering column. (Motor does run when 12 volt supplied to it by battery charger jump.)
Sounds like a bad fuse. Probably pinched the wires together in the accident and blew out the fuse. The switch should be fine. If you have a wiper relay, you may want to change that out also. Sometimes the horn or fog relay is the same as the wiper relay. Just swap them around and see if the wiper pump suddenly works.

Someone previously had said the wiper motor and the spray motor were on the same fuse and I had believed them and stopped looking at my fuses. They are in fact on different fuses in my 2006 Toyota corolla.
