Camry 2009 alternador 11.46 volts

Low level 11.50.  Does alternator news to be
replaced?

Yes it would need replacing. The alternator should be putting out around 14.5V. As it is you battery is low and needs to be charged back up before the new alternator is put on as to not cause any damage to the alternator. To be sure the alternator is bad, it can be tested off the vehicle.
