take your automobile down to your local shop and the technician should be able to diagnose the problem with the malfunctioning fan units

could be bad motor fans, doubt that both regular fan and ac fan would die at same time. So try and see if you have AC, because when you turn the ac, the ac fan will switch immediately on. If that does not work, first check your fuses. It could be a simple fuse issue
