2004 Chrysler town & country LX minivan 4D

I have this van and it starts but when you turn it off it don't start again it has a
mind of its own...I bought it to the dealer and they had diagnosed it as being
a section of the wiring harness under the hood how big of a problem is it to
replace that myself is it a major job and costly?????

Hard to tell if this is a major job based on your description. I would recommend taking it to a different shop for a second opinion. If you do not have any mechanical experience or electrical experience, this will be a difficult job.
