I have a 1999 ford taurus se and it won't crank. I was driving and it complete cut off and was running hot. Now it won't crank. Lights still come on and you can hear it tring to crank but never seceed

I found out what it was it was the engine the oil and water are mixing. Now my question is do I have to buy a whole new motor or can I just buy parts to fix the problem
