Why are my injectors spraying all at once constantly?

all the injectors are spraying at once constantly.
ecu has been tested/replaced, same problem.
all wiring been replaced.
Temp sensor been replaced with genuine part,
all other sensors replaced.
fuel return pipers in good condition.
what can be the problem?

If what you say is happening then the injector driver circuit is shorted to ground, if you have eliminated wiring and any sensor problems then it has to be the ECM, the driver circuit was not tested internally.

Check for a short to ground in the wiring harnes from the injectors to the PCM.
