1999 LHS will not start sometimes

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Turn the key but no reaction,  Try a few times then it starts.  Battery is new and all
electricals are good.  Car has  96000 miles.

i got a new lock cylinder, new keys AND a new starter cost almost $1,000 Works great
