How do I get to the Heat and A/C fuses in a 2008 mercury grand marquis

You did answer me yesterday but I dont know how to get to the fuses to take them out for a few minutes

When you say "Heat and AC" ... all I know is the AC clutch (in the fuse box under the hood) The Heat is a function of the thermostat and mixer controls (Vacuum/electric) and the only thing that I know of is the blower motor
