between my fly will I managed to take it out so put a brand new starter in it
nothing happened to the flywheel that turns nice and everything but would it

unless there's a sensor that cuts off the transmission until the issue is fixed and

Make sure battery has a full charge and battery connections all good. If it cranks good but won't start, have a helper crank it while you check for spark at the plugs--proper fuel pressure--fuel injector pulse? Any applicable trouble codes? Those are the basic checks, in my opinion. Let the starter cool a bit between cranks. Did you disconnect battery when you changed starter, I imagine you did, that makes me wonder about your security system, where applicable?
