car fouls plugs after running for 15min.

...well you need fuel pressure for to run properly...it is only through pulses to the injectors that you'll keep runnin'...like the ignition system you want it to be doin' it's job...the foul plugs could be due to any number of factors, you should use the OBDiagnostics built in, perhaps the motor is worn---is this a rotary?
