revs go up after clutch and before engaging gear

Hi, I have a vectra 96 1.8 16v gls and I have replaced the ICV with a new one and the MAF and Lambda sensor as well, I have cleaned everything I could and tried everything I could but still have a problem, whenever I am driving and I press the clutch to change gear the revs go up, this happen between pressing clutch and enganging gear. and I tried to do the same when the car is idling but whithout changing gear, of course and the car works fine. and this also happen only after 2nd gear.
any suggestion please

This is normal,couse ur car have a ecotech engine.Mine is same. best regards
