Vauxhall Corsa E Won't Start - 1.4 16 Plate

I've come down to my car tonight and it won't start, it
makes about 5 consecutive clicks then stops then does it
again then after a couple its just one click. Not rapidly
though. Any advice or suggestions?

So... I got it started, battery was dead. But now the stereo comes on but doesn't tune and my indicators make no click noise. Basically bare minimum of the cars components actually work

All sorted now, just disconnected and reconnected the battery and everything came back on as normal, no mechanic needed
