Either your water pumps bad or your thermostats bad. Check to see if your radiator fan comes on when the cars fully warm. If it comes on then the fans good or turn on your AC that will turn your fan on. To see if your water pumps good turn your heat on when your cars fully warm if the heats really hot then your pumps fine but make sure you run your heat for a minute then fell it. If those are good then change your thermostat.
