Bad ground

I have a system in my 94 suburban  and when the
bass hits my battery gauge go's all the way down
and the radio shuts off and when I turn on
something it's like my lights or my heater the
battery gauge moves and that's with my radio off

It's grounded to the body and I had the problem with the turn signals since I bought the truck

I got a new one it's bigger than the one that comes on then I just got to put it on thank you I just wanted to make sure I'm on the right track I'll let you if it works or not
