2005 ford five hundred

Check engine light came on. I hear a hissing noise,
gets louder when pressing gas and has no power
to engine.

Sounds like a vacuum leak, hence the CEL is on. Scan for the codes and or fix the leak. Open the hood with the engine running and in park. Pinpoint the area of the hiss and repair.

egr hoses most likely worn/loose from oil saturating connector. Usually happens when pcv not replace in timley fashion
