serpentine belt probless

i have a 1994 astro van and the serpentine belt make a loud noise i bought a new belt and about 10 miles and back i get the same loud noise belt seen to get real heat and start making noise

Sounds like your belt tensioner may have taken a dump. It may either be too tight or too loose. You will need to have a mechanic check the tension and alignment of pulleys as well, if a pulley is out of alignment with the others, this can lead to belt stress. It may also be a seized pulley like perhaps an AC compressor clutch or alternator which won't turn so the belt is spinning over it, heating up, and squealing.
