How do I replace a PCV harness?

I have a 1995 Chevrolet Lumina that is its own rolling refinery, I looked at another site and it said to replace the PCV harnes.  How the devil do I do this?

Only thing I can think they mean is to replace the hoses to the PCV valve. These should be fairly visible on top of the engine. I've never heard of a PCV harness before.
