Brake caliper sticks

Replaced rotor and caliper but still driving with right front brake on. Could it
need brake line?

The caliper slide pins may be stiff and need to be removed and lubricated. It's always a good idea to bleed the brakes when getting into the brake system especially when replacing calipers. Most likely there is an air pocket but yes brake lines can cause issues if they are internally clogged up or pinched.

If there is a bracket around the front rubber hose it is probably pinched off from rust build up.

Did you figure out what was wrong? My 2008 ford escape has the same issue. We changed the the right side calipers, rotor and pads. That worked for about 2 weeks, now the same side is locking up again.
