under dashboard ..get upside down on floor ---follow brake petal lever arm up & you will see were it conects to a rod that goes to - thrue - firewall were that rod connects to brake petal lever (arm) is were you find brake lite switch ....if you have cruise controle there will be 2 switches ... you might want to go to you tube --how to change brake lite switch vidio
