Cannot start Van, gas not getting to ejectors, battery turns over, but will not start. Where is fuel filter for 1997 astro mini van. (Chevy)

1997 Chevy Express conversion van 1500. It turns but wont start. Could it be the feul pump?

Also my temperature guage will stay at cold even though I've been driving my van. And I have no heat
