I need a step by step instruction of how to replace a 2008 kia spectra fuel filter.
I also need to know where its located.

The fuel filter is most likely part of the fuel pump assembly in the fuel tank. Most cars have an access panel under the rear seat cushion. Check youtube or online for a step by step if one is published.
