Parking permit has slipped down front windscreen gap - is there anyway to retrieve it?

Car permit has slipped down the gap between windscreen and front dash - cannot see it - is there anyway to retrieve it.

Not really. You could try and look under the dash to see if you can see it.

Does your dash have a sun tray? The sun tray may be held in by just a few screws, like on most cars. Take that out and see if it gets you closer to the permit. Can also try a shopvac hose to suck it out.
