2008 infiniti g35 not starting a few days after not being driven

I have a 2008 infiniti g35, I just replaced the battery and the car still won't start after not being driven for 3-4 days. What could be causing this?

I had it towed to the Infiniti dealership and it was the radio that is draining the battery.

@GuruF29RT Did they replace the radio and did that fix the problem for you with the car not starting?
