its actually kind of a pain in the ass if its a turbo... not a lot of space to work and im pretty sure theres still a bolt that you have to put on the top side of the starter that you cannot see and cannot reach unless you have a long extension and a swivel socket.

It took me a can of liquid wrench and a hammer to loosen the top and second to top bolts....and patience. But I'm not a mechanic and working with my back on the dirt. It's notcomi ated, just a pain in the ....if the bolts were put on by Thor

With Turbo it is a royal pain! Aside from the 2 top bolts that aren't too bad to get out once you remove the air cleaner box and hoses to turbo, but.... The bottom bolt is not in an area you can see. It's feel and find and it so long you have to use an opended wrench to get it out due to it hitting the return oil line from the turbo. Now it's loose and you have to deal with te Turbo retaining bracket that IS in the way. Bottom bolt (18mm) wasn't too bad but the upper boly holding the bracket to the turbo was rusted sooooo bad! How that that is out of the way you deal with it hitting both the oil lines from the turbo, I'm here to tell ya it's a royal pain! Push, pull, cut your fingers and eventually it comes out, REMEBER how it was orientated when removing because it only goes in the same way! Good luck!!!!
