the car has been sitting since october 2013 they parked it in a field until about a week
ago. the car ran great before they sat it in the field. we charged the battery but it still
wont start. its trying to turn over but wont. help!

I have a 1999 Oldsmobile Eighty Eight and it has been acting real sluggish like it doesn't want to go it does fine on the highway but when you stop at a light or stop sign and then go it acts like it doesn't want to go. The spark plugs were changed in it and then it wouldn't start then we got a new battery and it started up then died and nothing works no lights anything.
