Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have 2000 Chevy Blazer.  I have a crack in the windshield near where they put the inspection stickers.  When it rains, the engine will crank but not turn over.  After it dries out, the engine will start.  Is it possible that the crack in the windshield is causing water to drip down into an electrical system to cause no spark.

I see the distributor cap do this. There colic be other things but the other is very common
