It all depends on how you drive. Don't do jack rabbit starts and try to maintain your speed and you'll get better fuel economy. The Chevrolet Astro was never designed to be a gas saver, it's a utility vehicle. That doesn't mean you can't be smart about it though. And, remember, just fill up the tank, drive 200 miles, fill up again and divide how many gallons you used. It's that easy. By the way, there's many other cars today that get better mileage and in case no one ever told you this, fuel is the most expensive thing you put in your vehicle over time.

Depending on traffic conditions, weather conditions, speed, tire pressure, weight of cargo and passengers and overall condition of the van I would guess 6.3 gallons. Just a guess and remember, your mileage may vary.

hard to imagine that an adult in this day asks how much gas he will use driving 108 miles. Dude. A 5 yr old could find that answer in a minute.
