How do if fix a radio that comes on but no sound in a 2008 KIA Amanti

You might have blown a fuse for the amp if it has one. Start in the fuse box. It might be an easy fix.

I have a 2004 with the same problem. Unfortunately Kia uses an Infinity sound system. The amp is built in, not separate. Therefore the entire system has to be replaced. I will make sure I nvever purchase a vehicle with an Infinity system again.

My 06 Kia Amanti has infinity system and the amp is in the trunk behind left tire, under a panel.
