My low beams and high beams went out I checked all the fuses they were all good do anybody know what this problem could be I have a 1984 crown Victoria ltd

I would double check fuses and headlight switch. If suddenly all your headlights do not work any more, there must be a central problem.

The Multi-function switch has been known to fail or even the plugs in the back of it. There is a 16 Gauge fusible link at the Starter Relay that feeds the Headlight circuit. It acts like a slow-blowing fuse. Check that too.
