Whats wrong when your oil life stays at 0% after u change the oil?

The percentage of oil life is based on how many miles you have driven, not the actual condition of your oil. So, it is just a reminder and has to be reset. Evey car is different on how to reset it. If you have the owners manual it would tell you how, or maybe someone on here would know.
