What other kinds of engines could i swap into my
2002 chevy cavalier 2.2 to increase horse power

Not many. You can swap a 3x00 motor from the late 90s mid 00s Malibu/impala Pontiac G6/grand am/ alero. Milzy Motorsports has complete swap kits available. There are some 2.2ohv non-ecotec And some 2.2 ecotec build threads on jbody.org. I also think the 2.4 DOHC would fit but I'm not 100%
