The 1500 has the 5.3L engine and the 25000 is the 6.0L both use similar radiators. You will need to determine if both vehicles have the engine oil cooler or not. Both will have to be the same. Also measure the cores, some are 1 inch , some are 1.25 inches. But why install another 19 year old radiator in your truck? Buy a new OE one for $150 i you plan on keeping the vehicle.
