Charles, Hi! Had this problem a month or so ago. I found a video on youtube for it. Basically it's this: Underneath the steering wheel is a little cap and you can take a knife or anything flat and pop it off. After you get it off, reach your index finger up in there and you will feel a little button, press that and turn key at same time. It'll work
