2008 H3 Smoke coming from driver side dashboard

Last 3 days Humphrey( my H3 lol) been kicking out a light mist on my
driver side dashboard close to windshield.  Seem to leave a oily residue on
windshield inside car.  Does not happen on passenger side it all.  Defogger
only seems to work on passenger side, even tho i can feel the air being
pushed out on both sides.  I did get the AC OFF message as well too.  I
also have been going thru engine coolant super fast.  What exactly is going
on? an does this have anything to do with the recall issued on the manifold
I have heard about JUST RECENTLY?

Your heater core is leaking its located under the dash and will need to be replaced...
