My escape 2007 hybrid will not start

My escape sometimes will not start and after 20 o 30 min start without
problem  my battery is good, what could be the issue?

I have the same issue with my ford escape 2009. No error codes shown. Mechanic exemined and found dead AC compressor. Im'm going to change it tomorrow. EV mode works only in the morning, after night cooldown.

ignition switch or module going bad, replace it or go to the blue and white wire coming from the switch that is used to start the vehicle and connect a push button to start it
