Electric throttle light on after valve cover changed

Asked by Lorie457 Nov 11, 2018 at 12:19 AM about the 2008 Dodge Avenger

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Just had my valve cover gasket replaced on my
2008 dodge avenger and now the lightning bolt
light is on and car runs rough and wont accelerate.
Is there something I can check to see if it isnt
plugged in somewhere right or what can I do

Try disconnecting the battery for 10 minutes and reconnecting. If that doesn't do it, check the wiring plug in at the throttle body.
