by riding around parking garage, most likley with your left foot on brake pedal and right foot on the go pedal, with the car in this condition , your losing vaccum or the vaccum is getting very low, witch means no assist from brake booster, witch means no brakes. only pump brakes if you have to, to let vaccum build back up , and regain your braking power.
