My rear end has a very bad
shimmy

All the time, or at certain speeds? All the time: wheel/hub breaings, ujoint, differential, damaged wheel rim/balance, bad strut. Only at certain speeds (like 45 to 55 mph): bad tire. Only when braking: warped rotor.
