heat still blows out passenger side  even when a/c is on

probably has a broken door in the heater box

should try a recalibrate if that dont work , the actuator is bad or sticking if anthing has fallin into defroster vent

broken door in heater box or faulty temp door actuator. they have one for each side on those. actuator will usually set a body code and can be commanded from a tech2.
