Rad cooling fans do not shut off for about a min or 2 after shutting off vehicle
& comes on as soon as I start the vehicle

Here is some info on your cooling fan. How hot does the engine get in degrees F? Any trouble codes relating to coolant temp sensor? Is the ac turned off, does it make any difference?
