Without knowing any specifics I can only suggest looking into the EVAP system on your car. A plugged or dirty charcoal filter in the EVAP cannister can disrupt fuel flow, as would a dirty fuel filter. The EVAP system also uses a "purge" and "vent" solenoid that if bad can make it seem like you are running out of gas, even with a full tank.
